Todd grew up in Katonah, NY. After graduating from Gettysburg College he began his insurance career as a commercial lines underwriter with the Aetna Life and Casualty in 1991. He moved on to the Hanover Insurance Company as a regional marketing representative and then became a sales manager for Managed Comp, a company specializing in workers compensation insurance. In 1998 Todd, joined DRSW and became a partner in 2002. Todd is a past president of the Westchester chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York (IIABNY) and now serves on that organizations board at the state level. Todd is also a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester. Todd and his family currently live in Ridgefield, Ct.

Paul grew up in Yonkers, NY. After graduating from Iona College he began his career in the insurance industry in 1982 following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather at H.G. Sohigian, Inc. in Hastings-on Hudson, NY. He has since gone on to obtain his Masters Degree in Business from Iona. Paul has been appointed to several insurance company producer councils over the course of his career on both the local and national level. Paul is a past board member of the Westchester chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York (IIABNY). He obtained his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 2005. Paul has been actively involved with the Junior Achievement program for over 10 years. Paul became a partner at DRSW in 1998. He and his family currently live in Pleasantville, NY.

Jeff grew up in Mamaroneck, NY. After graduating from The George Washington University he began his career in the insurance industry in 1983 working with his father at the DeRosa Agency, Inc in Mamaroneck. Over the years Jeff has been invited to participate in several insurance company producer councils at the local and state level focusing on industry issues, product development and insurance company/consumer relations. Jeff became a partner at DRSW in 1998. He and his family currently live in Brewster, NY.

Joe grew up in Syosset, NY. After graduating from Hofstra University in 1978 he began his career in the insurance industry with the Aetna Life and Casualty as a commercial lines underwriter. He then went on to become manager of northeast region residual markets and finished his stay with Aetna as a regional marketing representative. Joe moved on to become the manager of Rosen-Rockefeller, Inc. and then Rockefeller and Company, both insurance agencies located in Rye Brook, NY. Joe became a partner in DRSW in 1998. He and his wife currently live in Rye Brook, NY.
